		<Abstract>In this paper, the concept of hyper UP-algebras is introduced and some related properties are investigated. Also, the&lt;br /&gt;concepts of hyper UP-ideals have been introduced and analyzed.In addition, the concept of homomorphisms between hyper UPalgebras is also considered.</Abstract>
